Syracuse Visit and Beach

These are a few random pictures that I just got off of my camera! At the end of July we traveled to Syracuse to say goodbye to my Grandfather O'Brien. It was an unfortunate set of circumstances, but a great opportunity to see our family and spend some quality time together. The beach pictures are from Lejeune, and as you can see the kids LOVED being buried in the sand!

I'm including a link to an amazing story about my Grandfather's time in the US Army. He truly was a facinating man; and I have no doubt there are stories he took with him that legends are truly made of!

First Day of School

William and Lillian began their new school years this week! William began 2 year old preschool on base and is absolutely loving it!! He is going 3 days a week, and comes home every day saying all the fun he did including "played with his friend Luke"!
Lillian began Pre-K and so far is loving being a "big kid" at a big kid school! She is so excited to be back at school, and I just hope it continues!!

Baby #3 at 20 Weeks

It took me a while, but here are a few sonogram pictures of baby #3 at 20 weeks (about 4 weeks ago). No we did not find out the sex of our baby, we are going to be surprised!! ;0) Everything is going really well and this baby's heart rate has been the lowest of all our kids: staying for the last two appointments in teh 130's....we'll just keep guessing!!
